What we collect
Astraon Labs ("we", "us") runs this website to introduce Astraon AI and to hear from clinicians, partners and others. We collect only what is needed for that.
- Information you submit: when you use the contact or early-access form we receive your name, email, organisation, role, country and the message you write.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site.
- Cookies and analytics: this website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this page first.
This website is not a place for patient information. Please never include patient-identifiable or sensitive health information in a form. If you do by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
How we use it
- To respond to you: to answer enquiries, discuss pilots or partnerships, and arrange access to the Astraon AI private preview if you request it.
- To run and secure the site: technical logs help us keep the site available and protect it from abuse.
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, only to run this website:
- Formspree receives and forwards form submissions to us.
- Netlify hosts the website and keeps server logs.
- Our email provider delivers and stores the messages sent to contact@astraonlabs.com.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on the conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct information that is inaccurate,
- delete your information,
- stop contacting you.
Email contact@astraonlabs.com with your request and we will respond. If you are unhappy with our response you may raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.
